Cooking Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of rice paddy herb
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Wash the rice paddy herb and chop the leaves.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Add the rice paddy herb and cilantro and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the leaves are wilted.
  6. Serve with rice.
